After graduation in 2008, Zhang Wenle was full of hopes and ambitions like other graduates, she was ready to “flex her muscles”, and was busy the whole day with sending resumes, participating in the recruitments, being interviewed, and looking for an apartment, just wanted to find a suitable job. But “The dream is plump but the reality is skinny.” She found that to find a satisfying job was extremely difficult, and even though she got a job, the reality was entirely different as she imagined. “Upon the thought of enthusiasm, I came up with the idea of doing business.” Zhang Wenle said. “Fortunately, the company I worked in, had some connection with an educational institute called Tsingda Century, which had a project of Tsingda Learning Center. Its uniqueness of combining offline teaching and online resources impressed me a lot.”
In May, 2010, Wenle got touch with the headquarters of Tsingda Learning Center and learned more detailed information about it, after which she decided to join the Tsingda group. “There are two reasons, one is I know that the educational market is huge, the other is I am very optimistic about the business model. They can learn through video classroom, ask online teachers questions, test themselves with the huge amount of online test papers.” She added, “In addition, I employed many famous local teachers to tutor the students at the after-class time. Under the “online and offline” model, the students’ score increased quickly and their comprehensive capability improved a lot. The parents are very glad to send their children there and the fee is not much for them.”
Now, Wenle is preparing for her second Learning Center which will be opened soon. “My life is very substantial. I should say that I was very lucky to have known such a good program and I appreciate very much that Tsingda provides us the young graduate such a good platform.”
