www.china.com – “I have never thought of doing business after graduation.” Zhang Wenle said to the reporter. Zhang Wenle is a boss, owning two Tsingda Learning Centers at her hometown only two years after her graduation, while her classmates are still struggling for promotion.

After graduation in 2008, Zhang Wenle was full of hopes and ambitions like other graduates, she was ready to “flex her muscles”, and was busy the whole day with sending resumes, participating in the recruitments, being interviewed, and looking for an apartment, just wanted to find a suitable job. But “The dream is plump but the reality is skinny.” She found that to find a satisfying job was extremely difficult, and even though she got a job, the reality was entirely different as she imagined. The pride and motivation soon completely whiled away, replaced by keeping to conventional.

“This kind of life lacks, which is called – enthusiasm.” she said.

“Upon the thought of enthusiasm, I came up with the idea of doing business.” Zhang Wenle said. “Fortunately, the company I worked in, had some connection with an educational institute called Tsingda Century, which had a project of Tsingda Learning Center. Its uniqueness of combining offline teaching and online resources impressed me a lot.”

In May, 2010, Wenle got touch with the headquarters of Tsingda Learning Center and learned more detailed information about it, after which she decided to join the Tsingda group. “There are two reasons, one is I know that the educational market is huge, the other is I am very optimistic about the business model. After contacting with the headquarters, I learned that the joining in Tsingda no deposits require, and at the beginning, the franchisee will get study products and promotional materials worthy 200,000RMB for free, after that, all the products of Tsingda will be sold to franchisees at the lowest price. In addition, there are also some other preferential policy especially for the graduates.”

Zhang Wenle returned to her hometown in July and quickly opened her first learning center with the Tsingda headquarters help. During the preparation, she have got systematic business training from Tsingda and learned lots of business management skills. By carefully reading Management Manual and Operation Manual, she learned how to seize the market and became more confident with her Learning Center.

“The educational resources in my hometown are limited and update slowly, which can not meet the needs of local students. But in the Learning Center, they can take full advantage of internet. They can learn through video classroom, ask online teachers questions, test themselves with the huge amount of online test papers.” She added, “In addition, I employed many famous local teachers to tutor the students at the after-class time. Under the “online and offline” model, the students’ score increased quickly and their comprehensive capability improved a lot. The parents are very glad to send their children there and the fee is not much for them.”

Now, Wenle is preparing for her second Learning Center which will be opened soon. “My life is very substantial. I should say that I was very lucky to have known such a good program and I appreciate very much that Tsingda provides us the young graduate such a good platform.”

According to the reporter, to support the graduates in doing business and help them to realize their dreams, Tsingda Century also put forward a series of tailored incentives for graduates beside the 0 cash deposit policy. We hope that Tsingda Learning Center will take off carrying the youth’s dreams!
