  AOSA aims to bring together outstanding students of Asia and outstanding schools, colleges and universities of North America and Europe. We pay particular attention to reaching the most academically promising students in Asia who also display other talents and activities such as leadership, sports, music, and languages.

  Composed of former Vice-Chancellor of UVic, eminent scientist and educator Dr. David Strong, Vice President of Camosun College Dr. Tom Roemer and Dr. Lloy Falconer from South Island Distance Education School, the AOSA team is widely experienced in education at all levels – primary/secondary/ post-secondary– in countries throughout the world.

  • For Primary students——

      AOSA is committed to supporting international students with English language training program. This is called Canadian Synchronization English Class(CSEC)and students English language proficiency will be the same as Canadian primary school students.

  • For secondary school students—

      AOSA is committed to supporting international students as they improve their English and gain credit towards a BC high-school graduation certificate.
      ISELT stands for International Student English Level Test. ISELT program includes ISELT Courses and ISELT Exams. Our program provides five online ISELT courses and exams. These cutting-edge programs offer:
      Flexibility - any pace; any place; any time;
      • 125 Hours of Instruction per course;
      • No Travel Needed (work from home via the internet);
      • Cambridge Standards;
      • Skype Time with our English teachers;
      Students can access the online classroom at any time and any place through the Internet. In the online classroom, students can utilize the multi-media learning tools at their own pace to improve their command of English while having fun.

  • For high school students—

      AOSA offers its tailor-made program for students at this level and it is called High Achiever Placement (HAP). Any student who wishes to study in Canada and passes ISELT level 4 with A+ GPA at their high school can apply to this program. There is no need for students to take either TOEFL or IELTS to get into this program and it is guaranteed that each candidate who meets the requirement can top up their study at top universities in North America.
